U-tube oscillation method

U-tube oscillating densitometer and electronic liquid densitometer measure the liquid density according to the principle that the oscillating frequency is different when the double U-tube is filled with different media. After the liquid to be measured is pumped into the resonant cylinder sensor, the measurement data is processed by the single-chip microcomputer, which is fast and direct, and has high sensitivity. It is composed of double tuning fork density sensor, vibrating cylinder circuit, temperature measuring circuit, CPU, display, thermostatic bath, liquid inlet pump and control panel


Scope of application: 

Density test for petroleum, diesel, detergent, lubricant, chemical liquid, flux, crude oil, chemical reagent, benzene, toluene, fragrance, essential oil, alcohol, beverage and other industries. For alcohol and sulfuric acid solutions, the concentration can be converted!

Characteristic:

1. The principle of U-tube vibration method is applied to the automatic measurement of liquid density

2. Imported high progress XFMD chip is used for processing, with high sensitivity and accurate data

3. Automatic sampling: the automatic sampling system dedicated to male hair is adopted, with automatic quantitative technology and high precision

4. Adopt independently developed residue removal technology to ensure no residue in the sample

5. Constant temperature control: Peltier refrigeration technology independently developed is adopted, with high refrigeration efficiency and environmental protection

6、. Wall free treatment: the liquid will leave residual liquid on the inner wall of the oscillating tube during the flow process, which will affect the measurement accuracy. Therefore, the wall free treatment on the inner wall of the oscillating tube can avoid residual liquid on the inner wall of the oscillating tube, ensuring the accuracy of the instrument.

7. Data storage and transmission: Built in memory chip, capable of storing 80 groups of test data, recalling and deleting

8. Calibration function: use 20℃pure water as the standard to calibrate the instrument, which is a function that glass densitometer cannot achieve.


Test steps:

Insert the sample injection tube into the liquid, press the "Sampling" button, the liquid will be automatically pumped into the vibrating cylinder, and when the machine is kept at a constant temperature of 20±0.1℃, the screen will directly display the temperature and density of the liquid.

Automatic cleaning:

Drain the liquid in the vibration cylinder first, and then clean the vibration cylinder with appropriate cleaning solution until no residue can be seen in the vibration cylinder.
