Njs-10 wire twisting and winding testing machine is a new type of wire rod torsion winding testing machine, which is suitable for testing the torsion performance of steel wire with nominal diameter of Φ 1 - Φ 10 mm;. The main purpose of this paper is to determine the ability of the wire to withstand plastic deformation in one-way and two-way torsion and to show the surface and internal defects of the wire rod.
The machine is a horizontal host machine, which is composed of loading, transmission, force adding, tracking and other parts; the torque is loaded by servo motor, the number of torsion turns is detected by rotation sensor, and the number of twisting turns and winding turns is displayed on the LCD screen, and the rotation speed is adjustable at 15, 20, 30 and 60 rpm. The machine is easy to use, stable and reliable performance and low cost.
