The current popular air insulation technology and thermal induction technology are used to drive the intelligent air cooling system. When the temperature of the inner surface of the outer furnace shell reaches 50 ℃, the cooling fan starts automatically, reducing the shell temperature quickly and effectively; Soft start constant current control is adopted to prolong the service life of heating elements.

1. The furnace is made of high-quality 1700 type aluminum oxide polycrystalline fiber inorganic material formed by vacuum adsorption with Japanese technology, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no foreign balls, and high purity. The internal surface of the furnace is coated with imported 1700 degree high temperature resistant thermal insulation coating, which can improve the reflectivity and heating efficiency of the furnace, and prolong the service life of the furnace. The energy-saving effect is obviously superior to that of domestic fiber materials;
