The machine specification:

QT-6025 25T flat vulcanizer water cooled is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber, plastic model products and non model products. It can also be used for pressing test pieces in laboratories and research institutions.

The vulcanizer structure is column structure, and the pressing form is down pressing type.

The machine is equipped with ycb-25 / 4 double pump, which is directly driven by the motor. The motor is started with magnetic starter and internally installed with thermal relay for overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters fault, it will stop automatically.

The middle hot plate of the machine is accurately installed in the middle of four columns and equipped with guide frame. The machine adopts tubular electric heating element for heating without boiler, reduces air pollution, keeps the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. It can be used alone for the convenience of users. The machine is equipped with an oil storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil, and the oil supply pump is used for circulating work. The type of oil used, n32# or n46# hydraulic oil is recommended, and the oil must pass 100 mesh / 25 × 25 after filtering through the filter screen, it can be injected into the oil tank. The oil must be kept clean and free from impurities.
