QT-6201DMX Bench-top Servo PV cell tension testing machine (16 channels and double spaces) is professionally designed for the solar PV industry. It can install 16 force sensors, with Qiantong high-tech intelligent software and can use 16 sensors at the same time. The test data can be displayed on the computer software at the same time with no error and convenient. Double space mode is adopted. 16sensors are used for stretching in the upper space at the same time. While a single sensor is used for testing strip stretching, backfield stripping, junction box stretching, EVA stripping and other tests in the lower space, which can save a lot of testing costs and labor costs for the majority of PV industry users.

This machine adopts computer control and has a professional test program for data analysis and processing. It is combined with high-resolution power acquisition sensor and high precision data processing chip. It can present in the customer's intuitive performance curve and customer's requirements of the processed data value to more intuitive and accurate understanding of product performance, so as to improve product quality.

It adapts force,displacement and speed digital three closed-loop control system and Taiwan AC servo motor and control drive system. The tester is equipped with Taiwan high-precision reducer and Taiwan high-precision ball screw drive to achieve the transmission efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio of the best effect.

This testing machine is used for the solar energy industry battery 180 degree peel strength test. 16 sensors stretch at the same time to test the multi-grid battery not only can save a lot of labor costs, but also a single test station or two stations. Data is not affected and ensure accuracy. It is also possible to test strip stretching, backfield stripping, EVA stripping and other tests in a single test. The data are not affected by interference and influence, and the stretching and bending of the cell can be independently tested.
