3.Industry application
RoHS (Halogen) is a mandatory standard formulated by EU legislation. It is mainly used to regulate the material and process standards of electrical and electronic products. The purpose is to eliminate lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated biphenyls in electrical and electronic products. There are 6 substances in ether, and it is stipulated that the content of lead cannot exceed 0.1%.
The national standard SJ/T 11365-2006 “Testing Methods for Toxic and Hazardous Substances in Electronic Information Products” limits the testing methods for harmful elements in RoHS requirements. Among them, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) has been formulated as a rapid screening method as a fast and convenient method. Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Chromium (Cr), Bromine (Br), Chlorine (Cl) and other elements can be accurately tested using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF).
XAU is a RoHS (halogen) detector independently developed by Qiantong Instruments in combination with RoHS (halogen) testing standards and customer needs. It adopts X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy detection technology and introduces high-performance Si-PIN semiconductor detectors, which greatly improves the detection performance.
