THB-3000DX Digital Brinell hardness tester is mainly used for the hardness measurement of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys. Brinell hardness test is the largest indentation test method among all hardness tests, which can reflect the comprehensive properties of materials and is not affected by the segregation and non-uniform color of the sample tissue. In only gold, forging non-ferrous metal and other industrial fields, laboratories, colleges and universities and scientific research institutions are widely used.

Adopts electronic automatically add load, with high accuracy sensor, have special closed-loop control system , automatic compensation for each shift
Eyepiece structure with digital encoder, measure D1, D2 value, LCD displays hardness value and D1, D2 value directly
Can be calibrated according to standard hardness block or length scale.
The test force can be modified automatically by standard dynamometer.
The hardness values of rockwell and vickers can be converted.
All data is stored in EXCEL format on U disk, or can choose built-in printer, RS232 is optional.
